I am curious to know if any of you have had, or have ever considered Pectoral Implants. Just how prevalent is this type of cosmetic surgery amongst bodybuilders, both amateur and pro? In southern California, especially up in West Los Angeles, there are several cosmetic surgeons who seem to specialize in this type of procedure. If you have had implants, did you like the results, or was it just a $5,000 mistake?

I assume since you started this thread you are considering pectoral implants, correct?

Well, several pro's have had calf implants, used synthol, etc. to achieve balance or at least to attempt to.

I assume you are just a recreational lifter. If that's the case then just get your ass in the gym and bust ass for a few years. Yup. A few years. Everybody watches these goddamned bowflex commercials and want's to look like that guy in one month. Ain't gonna happen. Even with AS. Newbie lifters cannot achieve the same gains as seasoned lifters with or without AS. Your body takes time to adjust to the demands of heavy training.

Look at it this way: You get pec implants and then stop training altogether. How fucking ridiculous would you look to have these mammoth pecs with skinny ass arms, shoulders, back, etc.

Just my opinion. Each his own.

I couldn't agree with you more. I intend to lift until I die, and would not consider such a procedure without exhausting all other options, including maximum growth. But the question still remains, and would like to hear from anyone who may have had the procedure.
