I know he does crazy shots of Synthol, but give him credit where credit is due. Synthol is not the only thing that got him to that size. How about diet, rest, Hard Hard training(for years), alot of gear, but mostly alot of hard work. It is not only synthol. If it was everyone would do it! | ||

while he may use synthol, the bulk of his bulk is muscle....and he does deserve alot of credit. | ||

When I said "Synthol," I was actually, just joking around. The fact that he uses synthol does not take away from his overall acomplishments in terms of muscle gains. I actually am thinking of using it myself... You get like Stiener from dedication, busting ass year round, and not settling for less.... pushing yourself harder every workout forcing your body to adapt and grow. -Stew | ||

Granted he has always been a big man. But it wasn't till his 8 month lay off that he got genetically cut as he is now. Friends say he was off due to injury, but the fact is that in professional wrestling when most of the people get injured what is really going on is their vacation. I got some friends in the WWF. Their minor league is across the bridge in Indiana. | ||

i met him at the arnold and although he is 6'2 he is not 275 ripped but probably around 250 wwhich is still mighty large and yes you could tell the synthol was heavy! |
