im currently in my fourth week of my cycle and i've noticed that my cardio is going to shame, i used to run on the tredmill for 40 minutes with a breeze but now i get aching pains in my quads and unbelievable pains in the tendon or whatever about 3-4 inches above my ankle. i dont know what it is, but i think it might be the fact that my body is not used to the stress that cardio is putting on my legs because i have gained significant weight and mass, i went from 165 to 180 already, and i think my legs and tendons are having trouble handling it, any suggestions?

I have the same thing happening to me currently. I went from 154lbs to 190lbs and now anytime I walk fast for a good distance or do cardio my legs ache so bad that I have to stop, especially in my shins and quads. I have been increasing my cardio to try and get my body used to the weight and it seems to be adjusting. Just keep working on the cardio and the pain will subside eventually.
