I am up to about 7500 calories a day on my cycle. about 2000 calories of that are from GNC weight gainer. Are these calories alright and effective for gaining weight.

In my personal experience, weight gainers have done a good job of making up for calories that I don't have either the ability to eat, or the time to. However, they should not be a complete replacement to actual food. Also, as I recall, the GNC weight gainer has like 100 or so grams of sugar per serving, at 4 calories per gram that accounts for roughly 400 calories, but simple sugar calories. This is not good. So ... if you're going to use a weight gainer I'd recommend something like Worldwide Size-Up, or Twin Labs Mass Fuel, or Weight Gainer 2500, they are relatively low in sugars. Hope this helps a bit.
