I am up to about 7500 calories a day on my cycle. about 2000 calories of that are from GNC weight gainer. Are these calories alright and effective for gaining weight. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

In my personal experience, weight gainers have done a good job of making up for calories that I don't have either the ability to eat, or the time to. However, they should not be a complete replacement to actual food. Also, as I recall, the GNC weight gainer has like 100 or so grams of sugar per serving, at 4 calories per gram that accounts for roughly 400 calories, but simple sugar calories. This is not good. So ... if you're going to use a weight gainer I'd recommend something like Worldwide Size-Up, or Twin Labs Mass Fuel, or Weight Gainer 2500, they are relatively low in sugars. Hope this helps a bit. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
