hey a friend of mine was messing with my gh after i mixed and shook it a little bit not real hard but what should i do ...is this a problem for hte growth i noticed that it has some foam at the sides a little what can i do is my growth ruined or is it ok     | ||

If you shake GH, it will foam. When it foams the GH sticks to the sides of the vial and weakens the GH in the solution. It's only one vial, don't sweat it. Just be careful not to shake them, that's a no-no. hth | ||

Like James bond's martini....swirled, not shaken. The instructions don't say how much damage is caused by shaking. Also, this guy may have the 54iu in one bottle kit, instead of the 18iu multi kits, which makes his question more serious. Serostin is good, I know the symptoms well. | ||

ya the gh is bresa gen from australia the 54iu to one bottle ...if this helps it looks less bubbly today....it wasnttoo bad before but it made me a little nervous i want to get the most out of it lol | ||
