I usually lose about 5-10lbs on my bench each time i use DNP... Is there any limit to how much i can lose... I mean right now i am at 275 6 times... So after 3 more cycles of DNP could my strength go down lower than 256 6 times?

I'm about to use DNP for the first time in a couple of weeks. The strength loss you mentioned is only while you are using DNP, correct?

Hmmm , I thought the shit was suppose to be protein sparing and attack fat only and not muscle . This doesn't make any sense to lose strength unless what was originally thought about DNP is not true. Maybe it burns muscle along with fat which would explain the srength decrease post-cycle. I often wondered when people say they lose upto
10 lbs. of pure fat in one cycle, whether or not this was true or more like 7 lbs of fat and 3lbs. of muscle . If that's the case it's not worth using that crap . That sure in the fuck is not a good trade off for getting lean.

Rugby I don't understand why you lose strength if you don't lose any muscle size and just fat only . If you have the same amount of muscle post-cycle of DNP as before you start it then that muscle should still be able to lift the same amount of weight. The muscle tissue is active while fat tissue is inactive so burning pure inactive fat tissue would and should have no bearing on the unaffected muscle tissue. I just can't understand how this could be ? Are there any DNP gurus on this board that can explain this
me.

It has to do with extra bodyfat giving you better leverage therefore making you stronger (somewhere along those lines)...for example look at the world's strongest man guys, most look pretty smooth because their bodyfat is high.

Hey guys,
I am gettin ready to use DNP, if i can ever find any...but as far as I've researched, and trust me I've researched it big time. THe way it works seems to make perfect sense to loose a little strength, becuase it depletes your supply of ATP which is your energy source. It's like when you're sick, and you try to lift. You just don't have the energy needed to do the actual work. Just offering my non-expert opinion, but physiologically, it seems to make perfect sense to me...
good luck guys, and if any of you know of any good DNP sources, email me at [email protected]
sincerely,
body101

ATP!!! hop off it, take some creatine for 3 or 4 days... your back.... simple enough. i personally get stronger about 2 days after i am done... i also see no need in using over 400mg per day.

i agree with madbonber i have done about 5 cycles of DNP (600mg/day, 5-8 days) sometimes i lose a little strength but sometimes i actualy gained, and regardless after i come off it the next week i am stronger and much leaner.

Strenght loss is temp. Its because ATP stores are depleted and not allowed to restock. No ATP = no energy.
Once fully uncoupled (adding more DNP wont make a difference), you will loose no more strenght then what you have already lost.
