Just did my first shot (of 2 a weak) of Sus 250 yesterday and just wondering about workout schedules. Would a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off be a could routine if complete intensity is practiced. Each body part is hit every 7 days. I know recovery is very important. Please help with as many suggestions as possible.

I do the opposite-3 on 1 off-2 on 1 0ff-it probably doesn't make that huge a difference-a training schedule is very individual and it takes everyone time to figure out what works best for themselves-the only way is trial and error. Its what bb is all about bro.
