Check this out...a few of my friends who do track told me their coach and trainers told them calf muscles will NEVER grow, no matter how much work you put into them. They can only get stronger. That is the biggest bullshit I've heard. It's about hard work and training knowledge. They didn't have much to say after seeing a 19 year old Arnold and a 28 year old Arnold. I can't stand hearing stuff like that...it just pisses me off. I need to take some more Sustanon... ------------------     | ||

Yeah, thats a load of crap. A few years ago I had this 400lb woman tell me there was no way to work the triceps. I usally let stuff go, but I had to call bullshit on that. Everybodies an expert, go figure. | ||

Get the fuck out of here! Implants!?!? I don't think so. I'm not exactly a silicone expert here, but, unless I'm mistaken, the breast implant (let alone the calf implant) wasn't invented until the very late seventies or early eighties. Arnold's calves were huge in '75. |
