DNP INFORMATION

The bottom line with DNP is this stuff can Kill you. No ifs or buts - If you fuck up your dosage you will be cooked from the inside out like a Microwaved Sausage. Be warned - Use DNP with respect and build in your own safety margins.
The good news is that if used properly this substance can relatively safely allow you to loose between 5lbs and 8lbs of fat in 7 days on a normal 3000 calorie diet. The results are unreal. This means that a 100kg man at 15% BF can reduce to 8% BF in around 4 weeks. Ever wonder how the pros loose 25Kg fat in 8 weeks? Now you know. DNP can raise your Metabolic base rate by 50%. Compare that to ECA for a 3% increase or even the Clenbuterol / T3 combination which is unlikely to realise an 8% increase in BMR and you will understand.

First the side affects in order of severity.

1 - Heat. You will sweat day and night and its not nice. It tends to interfere with sleeping.

2- Fatigue. After a week on DNP you will feel exhausted and achy.

3 - Stains. DNP is a very strong Dye. Not everyone suffers this equally but all your bodily fluids will be turned Yellow. Urine, Semen and Sweat.

4 - Carb Craving is commonly reported. Do not over eat carbs. They essentially serve to "Feed the fire" and will increase your temperature. Use a little will power old chap.

How it works ( In laymans terms )

DNP is an ATP uncoupler. In essence this means that it gets involved in one of your metabolic processed between used to release the stored energy in food or fat. It makes the process release energy as heat.

Think of it this way..... Your car has a fuel tank ( Fat or Food ), an engine (your Muscles) and a pipe between the two to transfer fuel (your metabolism). What DNP does is insert into the fuel pipe a tap which releases fuel to be burned off in the passenger compartment. The more DNP you take - the wider this tap opens and the hotter things get in the passenger compartment. This wasted fuel makes your car far less efficient. Good news if you want to waste fuel or Fat...... But take too much and you will burn your car.

How to dose

The commonly agreed dose for DNP is between 3mg and 7mg per KG of body weight. Not lean body mass but total body weight. If you were well over 25% BF you should cut back a little on the dose. Therefore a 100kg user would typically use 300mg to 700mg per day. For a 1st cycle 200mg to 400mg per day is about right. 200mg will be very mild but should still see you loosing 3lb-5lb. Try this for 7 days and if you feel up to in you can go to 400mg 9 days later. Some people use in excess of 1000mg per day but do not do this.

The typical DNP cycle lasts 7 to 9 days. with 7+ clean days before the next cycle. The dose is best taken before bed but doses over 400 mg should be split by a few hours ( Like 200mg at 5 pm, 200mg at 7pm and 200mg at 10pm)

The half life ( Length of time for half the substance from a single dose to be used within the body ) of DNP is 36 Hrs. Therefore you don't get the full DNP experience until well into the 3rd day of the cycle and the side affects carry on for 2 days after finishing. The important point here is that if you don't feel to hot on day 2 do not increase your dose. You have not yet reached full dosage.

Precautions / Supplements

Drink Water. Not coffee or Diet Coke. 10 pints plus per day please. More if you can.

Take 1500mg per day Vitamin C plus A and E. ( Anti Oxidents )

3 Tblsp Glycerol per day in split doses ( Hydrates muscles and relieves aching )

Diet

Use a 3000 cal diet of 50% Protein, 30% Carb, 20% Fat. Its not nearly as crucial as when on a weight loss diet. However - Willpower will help. Don't think that DNP replaces self control. It does not.

Steroids

Any anti catabolic will not hurt but is actually not needed as DNP has a fairly muscle sparing effect.

Training

See how you feel. Train lightly days 1 and 2 when you will feel strong still. Do what you can manage comfortably the rest of the week.

hope this helps:
with higer bodyfat% u'de feel the effect much longer than 36 hrs after last dose.

i've used DNP severall times B4, dose 8-10mg per kg (i was 110-120kg) and NEVER did my body temp raisen more than 1 deg. (C)
i belive that it's fatalety in high doses wont be because "u'd get fried from inside"
but rader because it would fuck up your celular metabolisem (i've just post about it)

These suggestions are pretty good but this analysis of DNP function is inaccurate. Just a note, the half life of a drug does not dictate when its affects will be felt. The "effective" life of DNP is apparently much longer than 36 hours. I have done some 3 day cycles of DNP and I can feel it working within an hour of the first dosage. In the longer 7-10 day cycles of DNP I have done, I felt much worse than the shorter cycles and I think this is due to the build-up of DNP in my system over the long dosing period. If you want a more in depth analysis of DNP, check out some of macro's or animal's posts or articles on the subject. No offense bro but this article does not even begin to explain DNP's effects on the body. I would hate to see a newbie read this and think he is prepared to use DNP safely.

Nothing but nothing can touch dnp when it comes to burning fat in such short periods.But as Dixieboy says,give it full respect.I love the stuff.

I used DNP 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for 8 weeks in combination with 750mg of sustanon per week. I lost 80 pounds of fat and add 16 pounds of muscle. My body temp got as high as 102.5. I kept my carbs to under 75 grams a day for the entire time. I did cardio 1 hour a day 5 days a week and lifted 5 days a week.

I really have not had any bad side effects, although my body temp is now a constant 100.5-101

DNP is great stuff I normally drink about 2-3 gallons of water on it I just drink until I pee clear which is very hard on DNP. I also take 5htp to help me not get depressed becuase DNP does it to me. I wish I could get prozac or something but the depression is much less if I use while on gear. and take the VIT C adn E and eat clean. I try to go low carb just to stay cool the more carbs Ieat the hotter I get so why kill myself.
