Mr. Spellwin, I'd actually like to thank you for putting this board together, although it may be slow at times, it's an awesome place for guys like me to get our questions asked and keep in contact with our bodybuilding buddies across the nation, and world I have a quick question for you though, do you do all the programming for this site yourself, or do you have programmers there?Thanks again |
