Just curious as to what it is in steroids that actually make the workouts so much more intense and the pumps so much better? I know that when I'm not on, I rarely get pumped at all, but when on, anything I do I get so pumped that its hard to always get full range of motion. I know steroids increase protein synthesis, and some help retain water in muscles, but is that what gives the huge, hard feeling in muscles during workouts? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I think it depends on the substance itself, some have the androgenic properties and others lean more toward anabolic side ... seeing as your muscles are mostly water, I'd say the fact that you pump so much blood and water into the tissue would be the reasoning behind the actually hard feeling ... I don't know for sure though, that's just my theory based on what I've read about anatomy & physiology, but hey guys if I', wrong tell me, I open ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
