So let's assume these sore "cysts" underneath the nipple are indeed signs of gyno. I have had symptoms of gyno (soreness and swelling) in each pec, however, my left one has gone away completely w/o sorness whatsoever and a barely noticeable knot... As far as my right one, its about the size of a dime and sore most of the time.

I don't mind seeing the doctor because for one I have to go anyway about joint pain in the wrist and secondly, I haven't done anything that is "questionably illegal" I'm almost certain it was the good for nothing andro....

Is there anything I can discuss with the doc now so that if I do start the juice one day gyno will not be an issue?

I know surgery is an option, but whatever I need to do, now would be the time to take care of it...

Any opinions?

Well, most of the time the lumps, which is glandular tissue will go away. What remains is a decent amount of fatty tissue left over. If I were you, make sure you complain like hell to your doctor about the situation. "over-exagerate" the pain and discomfort that you have from you boobs. Under those circumstanest, you stand a good chance that your insurane will pick up the tab or a good protion of it of the surgery. Since you have glandular tissue, surgery is your only option for a quick and effective resoultion.

Will this surgery prevent future problems?

Depends on the doctor. If he completely removes the gland then highly unlikly it will come back. If all he does is remove the fatty deposits you have there then yes. If you have it bad make sure you get a good doc, reconstruction of the pec is not easily done. Sometimes they leave an indention there which looks odd.
