Hey bro's, Going to start my cycle tonight after dinner. Well in about 1 hour. So I just wanted to know if you all could help me build a cycle or take a look at the one that I have come up with by looking around the board. I have 20 amps of Brazil Duratest(SUS)250mgs, 60 10mg tabs of Nolva, and 50 tabs of 50mg clomid. So this is what I plan on doing. 1cc of Sus every Monday and Thursday for 10 weeks. After the 1 week I will be taking on 10mgs a day until the end of my cycle. I am willing to lose some gain for the nolva, Im trying to aviod water wait and of course gyno. I know when to take the clomid. So what do you guy think? Good Gains? By the way I am 5'10" 15%BF and 165. Hoping that I will drop a little in bodyfat as well. I know, I know, why am I going to try and drop bodyfat with this cycle. Im just going to eat clean and eat enough protien and try and consum around 3500 cals. a day. What do you think.....? | ||

This is a Sus only Cycle @500mg week. At your weight you should gain well on 3500cals. Keep them clean if you hope to lean out at all, and don't worry much about the water because you will gain some. | ||

I'd take 750 for the first 4 weeks, and run it for 8 weeks instead. You're gains the last two weeks won't be all that great. | ||

I say the cycle looks good. Try the 3500 calories and if you grow really well, then keep it there. But if week 5 comes around and you haven't put on at least 7-10 lbs., you may want to increase it to 4000 or 4500. And if getting laid motivates you to get big, I say go for it....whatever works bro. I don't exactly hate the reaction I get from chicks when they feel my chest or my arms or when they ask me how many days a week I workout. You'll soon see that it will benefit you further than that. Well since you don't have atleast a few cycles under your belt , your plan sounds good otherwise if you had more experience with it , then i'd highly recommend a six week cycle taking a shot every day for 20 days and stop cold turkey . No need to taper down since the esters in Sus will do it for you and remember it last for one month in your system after the last shot. Believe me this dosing method works extremely well with Sus The difference is night and day but since you're still a novice I wouldn't try it just yet. I never do cardio on bulking cycle cause what's the point of eating more to gain muscle when you're just gonna burn the calories away with the cardio . The two contradict one another so I don't suggest you do any at all . And you need to progress your caloric intake as your body packs on more size . You can't keep gaining on one set calorie intake throughout your cycle . You have to eat more to sustain the new muscle and create more muscle all through your cycle . For every couple of pounds gained you should bump it up aboout a 100-200 extra cals . so you may end up somewhere in the mid to upper 4000 figures by the end of your deal. Later Munzer | ||

I have to disagree with you on one point, Munzer! Doing cardio during a cycle is VERY important! Remember, we are not talking about 1 hour of intense cardio with a heart rate of 80%, but instead 2-3 times/week of 30-45 min. stationary cycling with a 60-70% heart rate. The reason for this is that due to the AS one's cholesterol and fatty acids in the blood will be elevated, as will one's BP. Therefor, to keep one's cardiovascular system as strong and healthy as possible, it is vital to do just a bit of moderate cardio. Also, eating as much as one usually does during a cycle plus the added AS, you aren't in danger of depleting your energy levels or going catabolic. An added insentiv is the higher metabolism you create whilst doing cardio. This will help in holding some of the fat off during a cycle. My advice would be: do cardio! Crom |
