Ok I've currently finished up a dbol/aratest cycle (2nd cycle) about 2 weeks ago. For the last 3 weeks of the cycle up until now I have just gone downhill. I have no desire to be in the gym, no motivation, yet I want to be in there so bad, but cant seem to get 'into it'. Today was my first day back in. I took the last 10 days off from lifting. I waited 10 days after my last aratest shot to start my clomid, and I'm on day 5 at 100mg. I could attribute my lack of motivation and desire and strenght loss to the hormonal changes from the discontinuance of the aratest. However what I dont understand is why I started to lose the desire and motivation to be working out the last 3 weeks of my cycle. This should be the time I feel the best with the highest levels of androgens. Wait a minute this just dawned on me as I was typing. I took dbol at the beginning for 4 weeks. Carried the aratest at 500mg for another 3.5-4 weeks. Could there be the possibility that the test was fake, and that the lack of motivation and desire for the last 3 weeks of the cycle was due to me crashing from dbol? I also lost some strenght those last few weeks. The only things that dont add up with that is the fact that I just started breaking out bad (2weeks after last shot), which is normal to happen at the end. Also I was holding some water at my lower legs, wrists. And one more thing: my joints ached really bad those last few weeks. I got up to 20lbs at the end, but today I weighed myself and are only 7lbs heavier than when I had started. I just feel so helpless, cause I want to be in the gym so bad, but I just dont have the desire to be there. I'm scared I will give up and become a skinny bitch again. This is horrible! | ||

I HAVE HEARD THAT PEOPLE GET A LACK OF MOTIVATION TO TRAIN WHEN COMING "OFF" A CYCLE. I DON'T KNOW EXACLY WHY IT HAPPENS BUT ALL THE ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU IS TO JUST GET UP AND TRAIN HARD AND EAT LIKE A HORSE AND THE MODIVATION OF KEEPING THE SIZE THAT YOU GAAINED ON THE CYCLE SHOULD BE A HELP. ALSO I FIND TAKING AN E/C/A AN HOUR BEFORE A WORKOUT GETS ME PUMPED TO GET IN THE GYM EVEN WHEN I AM OFF. BEST OF LUCK KEEPING YOUR SIZE BRO M18 ------------------ | ||

Just started taking thermogenics 3X/day with one before the workout. No I didnt overtrain and I didnt undereat. I know I did everything correctly. BTW-that was my first time using test. something doesnt add up but i cant figure out what it would be. Does anyone else get these episodes where you lose all desire and feel burnt out? | ||

Hey bro I know exactly what your saying I did a sus and anadrol cycle last time and at the end i was up 42 lbs and then I lost 44 in the following 4-5 weeks i didn't go to the gym. Well I gained it back with hard work and motivation and now I am bigger than ever on my second cycle its great. Check out my post on My Crash it should be in the archives! Mass Monster |
