I LIKE DUMBELL PRESSES, LATERAL RAISES, UPRIGHT ROWS, BARBELL SHRUGS. I THINK THOSE ARE ALL GREAT EXERSIZES TO REALLY GET THOSE SHOULDERS TO GROW. NOW ONLY IF I COULD GET MY BI'S AND BACK TO KEEP UP ![]() M18 ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

CHEST ISN'T ENOUGH FOR MY SHOULDERS THE MOST EFFECTIVE SHOULDER EXCERSIZE FOR ME IS THE MILLITARY PRESS. I BRING THE BAR DOWN TO MY CHEST AND PRESS IT BACK UP FOR REPS. I DON'T LIKE GOING BEHIND THE NECK. PEOPLE GET INJURED DOING THOSE SECOND, I'D HAVE TO SAY UPRIGHT ROWS AND, OF COURSE, BARBELL AND DUMBELL SHRUGS.
