My job consists of driving around all day and climbing telephone poles, going on top of houses and going under houses. When I get home from work I'm exhausted. My question is this: Does the work I do pass for me doing a workout? I am scared that if I go into the gym after I am completely exhausted I was have a blow out and waste the cycle that I'm about to start. I'm not trying to get out of working out, but I don't want to waste my cycle either. I will be taking sus250 (10 amps) alone, no stack. I weigh 165 and I am 24 years old if this helps any. A trainer told me to start off doing half of what I used to do before I started this job and then try to work up from there. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

it probably isn't taxing your musles in a way that will make them grow, they're probably just getting fatigued. workout before you go to work or on days off. remeber, you don't have to train a whole bunch of body parts to call it a workout, just train one and put all of your energy into it.

p.s. is this jm from the falls?
