As far as the side effects such as shakiness, fever, etc... that's exactly what is causing the bodyfat reduction.

Well, I've been a lifelong insomniac. I started taking St. John's Wort about a year ago, and it has pretty much cured me. Also, it settled me down a ton. I have a stressful job, and it used to really get to me, but now I just take it in stride. I don't really know for sure, but I doubt that it would hinder the benefits of clen. I take all 3 St. John's wort before bed, so even if it did lessen the clen benefits, which I doubt, the loss of effect would probably be minimal.

Not sure about the St. John's Wort as a "calming effect".
1) KAVA KAVA (herbal supplemnet or tea) is an excellent way to chill out.
2) Chomomile tea
3) Any foods high in the amino-acid tryptophan may assist. (ANY ADDITIONAL HELP ON THIS ONE IS MORE THAN WELCOME?????)
