Is been about 2 months since my surgery to put my pectoral tendon back on my bone. I talked to my doc and he said in about 2 months from now, I can use juice again. The extra water weight has been known to cause the very problem that you had. Its not happened to me, but I've heard of bros trying to push serious weight too soon, and end up tearing something. If you do use is, don't go nuts with wieght, even if you think you can lift it. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I tore a pectorial muscle on the bench press a few years ago that left a hole/dent in my chest from the muscle tear. It is too late for surgery but I think my tendon ripped off with it. Would I be okay with the tendon not attached. It's been a few years but my bench will never be the same. Should I get the tendon reattched. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Good thinking about not worrying too much about strength. Once that degree of injury has been experienced ( I did it too ) it is very hard on the psyche, however, it can be done ( mass built ). I started using one week after my surgery to help with the healing processd. I also started working out 9 days aferward. Actually, it consisted of stretching to avoid undue scar tissue build up. I'm in a similar situation as you. I had shoulder surgery Feb. 20th and I'm anxiously awaiting getting my next cycle started. However, I've decided that I won't start it until I feel 100% recovered from surgery. I tore my pec back in DEC of 97. I had surgery MARCH of 98. It's been 3 years now. Just remember to take it very easy at first. I would recommended you train WITHOUT the juice for a while. I started just trying to lift the bar. But I dont bench no more. I use other bench machines where you sit instead of lay. The muscle will never feel the same. There is like a tightness there that I will have to live with the rest of my life. Slowly build up your strength. Hey dude, sorry about your injury and all. If I were you I'd start off with exercises to stretch and strengthen the tendons again before hitting the juice. Also, I've heard that Deca does a great job at helping joints and other connective tissues repair, does this sound too good to be true? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If I were you I would use some Gh. The reason is because it helps strengthen and recuperate your tendons as well as other things. A friend of mine ripped his tricep right off his elbow. 3 months later he is doing 2 plates a side on reverse bench. Pretty good for someone who just had surgery. About doing a cycle, I would wait a bit because your strenght and muscles will increase drastically but your tendons will still be the same leaving it for an injury to happen again. I'd substitute deca for the equipoise, helps joints and tendons. I don't think that eq. does this. I also read a while back that winny's good for tendons. You might want to check this out. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

bro I would go with a lighter more solid cycle such as deca, winstrol, and primoboaln, maybe throw some sust in there, but this will be a rehab cycle if you would like to call it that, you dont want to put the water on and then add tension to the muscle by the blown up effect of the dbol and test, so for the first time back I would do a 12 week cycle like this: 12 weeks week 1-6 primobolan and winstrol week 4-12 deca week 8-12 sust deca ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You should look into using DMSO for that type of injury. That's the type of thing it helps most. I had something similar after back surgery and it helped me more than anything. Just rub it all over your skin around the injured, or operated on location. Try it bro, it won't be a waste of time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
