i haven't done cardio in 2 years and i am at 5.2% BF. you dont need cardio if you follow a good diet....that means no cheating. unless you are over 10% you can make adustments to your diet to lose the fat you want as long as you train properly. check out Beverly International for dieting advice as well as Charles Poliquin's book Manly Weight Loss.

Biggy, Kane was right, you really have to control you diet to lose.

I suppose that you want to lose 'fat' not weight, right?

For a long time I didn't do any cardio, just lifted and ate right.. that way you can control overtraining issues easily. But if you must cardio make sure that you are not overtraining any muscles.

I only do cardio when I'm really fat, so 4-5 times a week, low-moderate intensity for about 40 min each time. All in the morning on an empty stomach. I'll lift 4 times a week, also.

Hey bro, if I ever do cardio, I usually stick to the tread mill or the bike, and don't go over 20 minutes (supposedly the optimal aerobic time) and I don't do it more than 2-3 times a week. This is usually only when I'm trying to shed those extra couple pounds when cutting down.

bro im cutting right now. i get up and work first thing in the morning so i cant cardio first thing, though it is the best time. i do it after my workouts for 40 mins one day and 20 mins the next and so on. doing it after your workout insead of before is better because you loose strength from cardio and therefor you will lift less weight. with good diet, ripped fuel, clen, and now 10 days of t3 so far im down to 192lbs from 215lbs. dont think ive lost any muscle and because im so much leaner everyone thinks i look bigger and better.
good luck bro
