25 years old 6'1'' 240lbs I've been working out for about two years naturally(weights) but my body fat percentage is high. I could probably lose about 40 lbs. I 'm going to start cardio but I need to know what I should eat for Carbs/Protein/Fat/Cal. I know to keep my fat and carbs down and my protein high so I don't lose the muscle I've already gained.For my weight do I need to lose weight FAST!!!What's your guys info on this!!!!!!!! ![]() ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i would sugest for diet go with 6 meals make 3 of those a quality meal replacment and for the other 3 meals 8oz of chicken breast with some steamed zuciny or brocoly as for trainning for example for cheast do 1 power move at low reps with heavy weight then rest high reps low weight try t-3 clen?? if not consider it cardio will be the key along with diet ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
