I remember reading back a few months ago about taking a weeks rest after a cycle. I think 2Thick is a big proponent of this as well as some others and really recommend it. Can some of you elaborate on this subject a bit more. My final shot of my sust 500 / Deca 300 a week cycle was 2 Friday's ago. I can tell my strength gains are coming much more slowly with having to make smaller weight increases and are actually topping out on some exercises. Size

Most people go by the time on equals time off method. Another owrds how many weeks you was on you take that amount off also. Myself I am going for a year round cycle with no breaks just a changing of the AS every 8 to 10 weeks.

Sorry folks, I didn't explain this as well as I should have. I didn't mean time off from doing AS. What I meant was taking time off from working out when you complete a cycle. I remember 2Thick saying that this was a good thing as it gives your body a little rest and recovery time from all the intense training while on the cycle.
