for those of you who had used t3, some say that u get fat right after you come off , cause it takes a while for ur metabolism to kick in.. is that right? (even if u taper with 1/2 tab, 1/4 tab, etc..) also, they recommend more cardio and ECA after t3 to minimize fat gain.. how was ur experience? please post | ||

I used t3 for 6 weeks! 1 day for week, then1 1/2 for week, then 2 a day for week and then back down to a half a day. I Quickly lost 7 pounds without even dieting. Just maintain the same food intake. Literally, After 1 week of stopping it. I gained all the fat back that I lost! I will never use it again! | ||

I took it for only 4 weeks at the end of my cutting cycle. I can't tell how much it did for me as far as fat loss because I was already real cut when I began using it. However, afterwards I gained fat back much quicker than I have in the past. I won't use it again! | ||

I have found that using T3 in 3 week intervals works the best. My BF% does not increase after usage. I actually continue burning BF even weeks following treatment. Use it 111222333444333222111 and you will be fine. ------------------ quote: | ||

For all the idiots who used t-3 and then gained back the fat, you didnt research and fully understand t-3 before you used it-- When you use it, your natural thyroid production is supressed, down to basically no output----Therefore when you come off of it you have to be extremely careful(more so than when your dieting) what you eat----High protein, low carbs and low cals---Keep up your cardio and within a few weeks your thyroid should be starting to kick back in- I would also use an ECA stack to give you some energy and some moderate fat burning--- You just have to know what your taking and the effects it has on your body---Unfortnuately most idiots that use AAS and similar products dont research for themselves, they just listen to what people tell them---- T-3 is a very effective dieting tool, I am currently using it with my cycle-- BTW----I would recommend using a test at a moderate dosage(400-600mg) weekly to keep the muscle---Also keep your protein very high when using it--T-3 can be very catabolic ------------------ | ||

I have a few weeks left to go on a clen/T3/EQ/ECA cycle and I'm very pleased with the results so far. Only problem I'm having is feeling somewhat sluggish. Not sure if it's from the 400mg EQ/week or coming off the cytomel. I think it's the T3 but I'm tapering like I should. No fat lost has come back yet, just pushing through workouts and cardio and eating clean. | ||

I have not experienced that effect with T3, but I also never use it unless Im on restricted calories and a sound cardio program. As stated above I would recommend a strong anabolic to preserve muscle mass while cycling T3. Tren/Winny/Clen/T3 seems to be very effective for me. Peace, ------------------ |
