If that person tried to rape your fiancee then why didn't you go to the police? The hospital can identify those drugs in her system. Even if there's not enough for a conviction, his name will be on record for a complaint by you therefore it builds up future case against him - rapist don't stop at just one. If that rapist happens to have a record prior to your complaint then your complaint will f*ck him up some more.

You can't do anything now, just let it go. Anything you do will definitely turn the table around and you're the one who'll get f*cked. He can send you to jail for assault and then sue your ass for money that you'll end up paying for the rest of your pathetic hot headed life. All it takes is one 911 phone call and he can f*ck with you from then on. A simple police complaint is enough evidence to do these things.

I agree with you, but not when it comes to rape. Don't want to get sued? Don't tell anyone, even your fiancee what you tintend to do, then creep up behind him with a mask or disguse and treat the bitch like you should, in my opinion. Generally, I try to stay out of violent, or flaming posts, but someone raped my finacee a year ago this coming June, so I think I know what your going through better than most.

There are two paths you can take:

Like Mask said, let it go (you would be a bigger man than me for this.)

Do something about it. Just make sure you are smart about it, no names, no speech, nothing identifying. What is he gunna tell the cops? "Some guy in a black jumpsuit fucked my shit up...he was big, and didn't say a damn thing. I think it was the dude who's girlfriend I tried to rape."

Do you think the cops are going to put an all pionts builetin up for a guy dressed in an all black jumpsuit with a mask and a sock? Come on, they are more likely to arrest the fucker for trying to rape your girlfriend than to do that. Cops are lazy, they always will be. Millions of assults go on each year, with no trackable record of the aggressor.

You check out his actions over a few days time, figure out about when he comes on, which apartment is his, which door he goes in, how far he pulls his car into the driveway, everything. The next step is too plan, your going to have to do this QUICKLY, so there is no time for unknowns to arise. Dress in mostly or all black, or anything that blends in around the envirment.

Wait for him to walk towards his house, don't say anything, like "HEY MOTHERFUCKER," just whack him. Make it fast and furious. Don't delay, don't tell him why your doing it, don' even speak. Your voice can be identified and used against you. Don't bleed, where a skull cap, or something to cover your head besides the mask just to ensure hair dosen't fall anywhere. A gun shot is too loud, the cops in the area will hear it, and will be called immediately. Use a baseball bat, club, a "GOY soap in a sock special," or something, anything blunt. Knives can be tested for blood because magnetically is is attracted to most forms of steel. We here at the lab have had to do this test multiple times for the cleveland PD.

Get the hell out of there quickly, and never come back. Don't walk away, or slowly pace yourself, GET YOUR ASS TO YORU CAR OR DOWN THE STREET ASAP. Try to spend a lot of time concentrating on hitting his eyes and neck. If he can't see, he can't identify you, if he can't breath, he can't run. Make the areas right above, next to, and below the eyeball look like they have been thrown through a chipper shedder.

Destroy the cloths you used. Burn them! YES BURN THEM! Do NOT throw them away...this is not smart, many people have been arrested this way. BURN THEM!

Never tell a soul. Never tell a person on the board, a person who's been your best friend for 20 years, or your fiancee. This will allow you to have complete deniability. Find something "You did" during that hour, and remember it. Try not too say you were in any places with camera's, they will check the door tapes to see if you came in. If it dosen't check out, you go to the pokie.

Don't do anything out of the ordinary. Just behave like nothing ever happened. Remain "Pissed" about it, which I don't think your have a problem being. Do you normal daily things!

This isn't a 100% fool proof plan, the cops could roll through the parking lot while your pounding the guy, or if you take to long, they could show up. These are about the only two ways of being caught.

I highly suggest spraying the guy down with mace, first thing. He can't see...well you know how it goes...he can't identify, can't fight back or defend himself, but just basicly takes an ass whoopin'.

However, I think that Mask has brought about some good pionts about maybe not doing it. You are going to have to weigh your choices, but don't tell us what you may or may not do.

Oh, and in Texas... you better know who you pick on. We have a conceiled handgun law, that means anyone can hide a gun in their clothes. There's this one road rage bully who decided to confront this guy who pissed him off while driving (some traffic reasons). So he pulled over, ran towards the other guy (who remained inside his pickup) and then started yelling and beating him up over the window. The guy (in the pickup) took his gun and shot him. He didn't go to prison and the jury (rightfully so) called it self-defense.

A guy I worked with was bar hopping with his friends one night and had a fight outside the bar. It's supposed to be mano el mano between his friend and the other guy. Well, he pulled a knife out so the other guy's buddy took out his gun and shot the guy point blank on the shoulder that penetrated through his heart - he died. He's the sheriff's son so he didn't get shit.
