Hello.
I got kinda bad lordosis... just wondering if anyone knows any good exercises to straighten the back?
And if anyone has had this problem and been able to fix it could you tell me how long it took to fix and how long you spend on it a day.

The curving of the lower back can be a result of a number of things. Two of the more common ones are:

Over developed hip flexor muscles (with respect to your abdominals and hamstrings) casuing your pelivc gurdle to "tilt" fowards, bringing the lower back.

The second can be as a result in the difference in the lenghts of your legs, causing your body to compensate for the difference. A number of people are born with this and never know that one leg is shorter than the other since the difference is slight.

You can get a brace that is close fitting that you can wear through out the day. Other ovius exercises would be thouse that strenthen your abs and hamstrings. There is also a techinique used by physiotherapists(I stand to correction on this) where they work with you and help "persuade" the back to straighten out by making you stand against a pillar and using some sort of belt(for lack of a better word) to pull you towards the pillar ... I read this about a year ago but I dont know if I totaly missed the point of the article or not.

i got a bad lower back for yrs but im a little better just now ive done the lot
chiropractors osteopaths physios but the best thing ive done is buy a book called treating ur own back by robin mcenzie i know ill always have problems but this seems to be a great help

Deadlifts! Do them correctly (without hunching over). It helped me get a nice arch in my lower back.
