i started doing some cardio about week ago..im in the last two weeks of test and eq. Anyways, i feel like im getting fatter and im loosing muscle. I know its probably all in my head, but its so depressing. I wanna start to drop bodyfat, but it feels like im burning muscle not fat. Am I crazy or what? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Your proberly just crazy, LOL. J/J Are you getting enough Kcals? How much cardio are you doing? It could be in your head, b/c your about to come off your cycle, and you are preparing to lose some of your gains. Train hard, and get other people to see if they think you are lossing muscle.
