I am mid cycle and have just hit the brick all hard. For the last two weeks there has been no progress in weight gain. I have got a bit leaner but my gains have come to a toal standstill.
1000mg Sust
200mg Deca
200mg Nandrolone Cypionate
40mg D/bol E/D
4iu's GH per day with 8iu's slin x3 per day (5 on 2 off).
Only have aound 4weeks left need to get to around 265lbs --- currently 260lbs

Purple, MeanOne rarely checks the board anymore because of the moderators and their friends. However, I will give you my input, which would probably be very similar to his.

You neglected to mention anything about your diet. That alone suggests that your not putting enough importance on it. It becomes MUCH more critical when using insulin that you get as much protien as you possible can. The sudden insulin spikes deplete the free floating blood levels of amino acids, which causes a canabolic state very quickly. This is bad.

General rule of thumb, if you want to gain weight, eat everything in sight, literally. Here is what I try to eat on a daily basis.

200grams of protien in protien shakes throughout the day.
1lb of lean red meat
1 whole chicken
1/2-1lb of fish (Red Salmon is the common one).
MCT oil
Peanut butter
Misc. other meat sources...even Mcdonalds, food is food! Calories are what you need and want!
2 "Normal" meals outside of the above, such as a pasta dish, or meatloaf...something simple to prepare.

P&P I know I left the diet out, but I get around 300gms protein p/day throughout the day, made up of three solid meals and the rest shakes. After each shot of slin I amke sure I get at least 40gms protein and around 100g carbs.
My work limits the time I can spend eating thefefore around 4-5 shakes a day instead of eating more solids.

If you weight 260lbs, 300g of protein a day is enough to maintaine,not to grow.
Your goal is to be 5lbs heavier,right? You have to force yourself to eat it.

The solution is simple, eat everything in site and overshoot your weight goals by 5 pounds. Than spend a week or two on primo snd winny and lose the 5.

Actually, not to disagree with you DCS, but simply give my "Spin" on your reply, I would not up the test with sustanon, it will take 2-3 weeks for the increase to be noticable. Go with 250-500mgs of enathate, which will be effective from day 6 on. Propinate at 100-200mgs every three days would be fine too. Because your in the middle of your cycle, you need something that will be effective sooner than the deconate ester in sustanon, so that's why you would use multiple tests.
