is it possibe to overtrain on the juice?and do any of you guys change your routines while on the juice?you now like to shock your muscle..... demn funny how sometimes injections dont hurt at all.... i just started my cycle today ------------------ | ||

Its definitely harder to overtrain while on juice. actually that is when instinctive training works best for me. remember, its one part of the program along with training, diet , and rest. to me they are all equually important. OK the juice is first-tomo | ||

i am on a dboll only cycle. should i trin each body part 2x a week 1 light and 1 heavy day. only been training for a year very lil results with my program. on dbol for 3 weeks so far, getting beeter pumps and strenght but dot the size yet, i am going to up the doses | ||

hitting every body part once every five days is all you need whether natural or on the juice. day one-legs, calves....day two-chest, shoulders....day three-back....day four-arms....day five-OFF...REPEAT CYCLE. i think that a lot of people dont know how to train the correct way and never get the results they want.... when they come of a cycle they dont know how to manipulate their diet and supplementation program to help keep their gains because they rely on roids to do everything. also using proviron, clomid, hcg post cycle help keep gains tremendously | ||

hey i got my clomid and everything lined up but what im still comfused about is how much calories you should be eating after your cycle to maintain the weight you gained...demn man im haveing a hard time eating....how the fuck are you supppossed to eat all those calories and protein in 1 day?i just started my cycle and on the 1st day of d-bal and prolab N-Large weight gainer i got the violent shits.... demn man my metabolisn is fast but then i drink the weight gainer its likke im full half a day off 1 and your supposed to drink this shit 3 times , in between meals! ------------------ | ||

Taking the juice will give the ability to train harder, but part of the responsibilty of taking it is monitoring how your body is feeling. Lethargy Sleeplessness Moodiness Hard to get a pump Loss of strength Lack of appetite are just a few. If you have more than one or two, a couple of days off might be in order. ------------------ | ||

Chronic soreness, joint muscle soreness, sprains and strains and increase in recovery time are signs of more advanced overtraining and are definitely possible if not prevalent on longer cycles w/o periodation. | ||

clubboss that is what I do when I am on a cycle. i train every thing 2 times a week except legs. 1heavy and then light. |
