I got my blood pressure checked and its 140/92...a little high. I'm 6' 185 @ 9% b.f. Ive been a competitive athlete since age 7, so I know its the sauce. I'm currently on 400mg of enanthate a week. I had been on adipo-kinetix for about the last 2 months also. I'm quitting the adipo, but how can I drop my bp without lowering my dose of test?

I was wondering if there are just some tips to lower your blood pressure even if you are not on cycle???

The reason i ask is because my girlfriends father had an Anneurism (sp) and his blood pressure is through the roof even with prescription meds supposed to lower it. What else can he do (naturally)?

I wouldn't bother taking the asprin, just drink water in the range of 4-6 liters a day. Water is crucial when on.

I just finished my test ethantate cycle.
I'm 5'5" 165" and 50 years old used 700mg per week, now will switch to primo.

But to lower your BP try enderal, it is a non-addictive beta blocker and definitely drops my BP.

get on an ace inhibitor or an angiotensine II receptor blocker. ace stands fro angiotensine convertor enzyme, and when you inhibit it, you're inhibiting the conversion of angiotensine I to angiotensine II, which constricts blood vessels. just go see your doc, and he might prescribe you some. vasotec is an example of an ace inhibitor.

To lower bp try the following in this order:

1. Eliminate artificial stimulants (caffeine, etc.)

2. Eat cleanly and minimize as much sodium as possible. Hell, try to eliminate it.

3. Eliminate simple sugars and carbs.

4. Drink a good water and supplement with Magnesium and Calcium (with a 3/1 ratio), Potassium, and No-Flush Niacin.

If the above doesn't work, do the following:

5. Take a low-dose diuretic (or water pill) while you're doing a cycle.

If you have a BP problem that is not due to a cycle but rather your DNA then try the following med.

6. Add a BP med like Avapro or Avalide.

Some things worth noting:

I hate beta blockers, I think they mess with your metabolism and also your hormones. Although I have no quantitative proof of that I base that on my own experience.

Drinking lots of water with uncontrolled high BP is NOT a way to lower BP. Hell, I wish it were that easy. In fact, if you have uncontrolled high bp and you do that, you will actually increase it since you are increasing your fluid volume in your arteries.

I believe this works, hope it helps you.

Also, Magnesuim Aspartate and Magnesium Taurate I think are the best and also Taurine is good to take.

I wouldn't bother with the Aspirin either.
