Hi I am a newbie. I am 19yrs old 6" 179lbs with 11%bf. Last week I started my first bulking cycle going from eating 2400-2500 calories and doing cardio(3 days a week for 30 minutes) to eating over 4000 calories and no cardio. I currently workout 3 days a week on alternate days Monday,Wednesday,& Friday. Every other workout day I work my abs by doing 3 sets of 15 crunches and 3 sets of 15 leg raises. On the other workout days I do 25 crunches as part of my warmups. Should I increase the amount of crunches and ab exercises on my bulking cycle or keep it like it is? I don't want to end up with a gut a month or two down the road. Any input or suggestions is welcome.
