Maybe after awakening we could do SC injections but after working out we need to recover fast and to kill those cortisol levels. I.V. injections of insulin would act from 5min after inj until 30mins. Giving us fast recovery compared to SC which would take around 30min to kick in, well by that time we have catabolized some muscle. Anyone ever done I.M. or I.v????? thanks     | ||

Ive done it intramuscularly... Didnt notice anything different | ||

I would'nt do it IV if I were you. You might find it will work a bit faster than you would like. ------------------ | ||

How fast will it work IV? After you've trained you could drink lets say 100grsm of simple sugars and after that you could do the IV of 10 I.U. I've also tried I.M. and also didn't notice anything, thats why I'm wondering about I.v. | ||

IV route is too unpredictable...just use Humalog instead if you want a faster onset. |
