Iam about to start using clenbuterol and I was hoping someone could give me some tips
-how should I use it(amount each day and for how long)
-I have oxyflux(loose pills) and spiropent(in tinfoil) is one better than the other?
-what legal supplements should I take with it to help effects

BEST WAY TO TAKE IS:
2 weeks on///2 weeks off

take an eca stack on your 2wk-off period....so it'd be clen 2wks//eca 2wks//clen2wks//eca 2wks.....etc...

HOW MUCH:
start low and work up till your shaking bad, then cut back where the shakes ease up some...and thats your optimal dose to stick with....

Spiropent all the way. I know many people who have been less than impressed with oxyflux clen.
