It is generally considered safe for most, in doses of about 25mg x 3 per day. There have been reports of adverse reactions to ephedrine, including death, but they are very rare. | ||

I was taking hydroxycut for a week when I went to the doctor for a shoulder problem. My BP was 123/108. The doc asked if I was on the juice and I told him I was taking hydroxycut. He spent 5 minutes telling me the dangers of ephedrine. He made me stay for 30 minutes and took my BP again. It was 123/73. That freaked me out a little. AS would make the top number in my BP go up but not the bottom one. All set with that shit. ------------------ |
