I have 2 cycle i might want to do. which one should i do.
Im 5"8 200lbs, bF is abut 13%

My goal is to loose fat and cut up

which one should i do

week 1-8 Primo@300mg/week
week 1-10 eq@300mg/week
week 1-4 d-bol@30mg week
t3/clen/and e/c/a plus somthing for the water from the d-bol

or

week 1-10 test prop 50mg eod
week 1-6 fina @75mg eod
t3/clen/e/c/a

should i use test prop or should i use somthing else at a higher doage. maybe sust@500mg week?

any other idea's on what to do??

prop doesnt stay for 4 days. phenyl prop does, but not regular prop. anyways i would probably do a totaly different cycle all togather. tren, primo and prop would be great for cutting.

#1 looks Solid

add some test though and reply #1 is incorrect. It is also possible to shoot winny every 3 days but doesnt mean it is the best way.

Divide them up into 2 phases:

Phase 1 is to lose fat where you take the clen/t-3/ECA, do cardio and cut calories. Whatever muscle you lose, you'll gain it all back very quickly with roids. Phase 2 should be the build phase, it's when you use your chosen stack and eat wisely.

Overall, you'll be better off in the end rather than trying to do both in one phase.
