Yes it is true. Posession is legal. It is listed somewhere on the Health Canada website. | ||

I agree - digging through the laws a couple of years ago, it looked to me like there was no penalty for possession of these classes of drugs. You just get in trouble if you get caught taking possession of them. Stupid but true. But I think you can definitely breathe easy if you have them safe in your house. You won't even get a fine. I really think the key is - a lot of law enforcement officers are hazy on the legalities and they may also understand that juice is not that serious. So just do not embarrass them by making it too obvious... and do not "piss off" the DHL courier of post office by ordering a huge amount of steroids to your frat house or something that might be equally annoying to regular working folks... | ||

Anabolic Steroids are Schedule IV substances under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and as such are not illegal to possess for personal use. | ||

Personal possession definately legal in Canada. Importing and trafficking illegal with lots of conjecture on the "3 month" rule. If you are buying from a buddy who you know would never roll over on you there is minimal risk in the Great White North. That does mean high prices though plus the conversion to US bucks.So a six week cycle is approx 1,000,000. dollars Canadian. | ||

BTW, I would like the fallacy to live on. I am glad that alot of guys think that it is illegal to possess because it kind of keeps things underground and, hopefully, out of the publics eye. Out of sight, out of mind. If too many people start using, lookout. The public will claim that the potential for abuse is high and before you know it, it will be schedule III. | ||
