I am looking for any input on what you guys have tried and found effective with the least amount of side effects. Has anyone tried Tiratricol? I know it is not as effective as other fat burners, but I don't want to screw up my system like some of the others could do. Thanks for any input.

Dnp everytime for me.1 week on,1 week off,1 week on.In that amount of time,i have never seen so much fat disappear.
