I prefer heavy basics, such as heavy dumbell presses, flyes, incline. I prefer reps ranging from 6-8. What do you guys think?

I was having shest problems myself and changed to using dumbbells almost all the time, made a big difference, being well medicated doesn't hurt either.

If you want quick results, then stay with free weights. Cables & machines are good, but they are more for toning than building. Just my $.02 worth

exercise expands the ribcage, but
pullovers are a good exercise to get
you past a sticking point. They hit
the pecs from a really strange angle
and don't involve triceps. My only
problem with them is that they work
the lats as well. Since almost no one
does lats and chest on the same day,
this is hard to schedule.
