When some of you said you were in the gym 2-3 hours then how is that possible not to overtrain. How long do you rest inbetween sets, 5 minutes. When I post my training schedule on other boards or this one, people say I am overtraining. How can that be when I'm in the gym an hour. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

im with you my workouts only last about 45 minutes to an hour, unless im dieting then anothe 45 minutes of cardio. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
