Calves have to be trashed for them to grow since you use them all the time. I did calves today, and when you're done with this, take lots of potassium because if you sit down, they'll cramp up and you can't walk. ![]() Standing calf - 10 sets of 10 reps Seated calf - same as above yea, it hurts, but you'll learn to like it. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

if you want em to respond you have to prioritize. put them first in your routine. mine looks like this: 4 X 12-15 hack squat calf raise 3 X 15-20* seated calf raises *partials till failure after last set. "Century" - 100 standing calf raises bodyweight only. calves should be too numb to burn by the end. I'll hit em again once more in the week with something simple like 4 x 12-15 on the standing calf machine. good luck and beat the shit outta em!!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
