Calves have to be trashed for them to grow since you use them all the time. I did calves today, and when you're done with this, take lots of potassium because if you sit down, they'll cramp up and you can't walk.

Standing calf - 10 sets of 10 reps
2 sets of 75 reps at light weight

Seated calf - same as above

yea, it hurts, but you'll learn to like it.

if you want em to respond you have to prioritize. put them first in your routine. mine looks like this:
4 X 12-15 hack squat calf raise
3 X 15-20* seated calf raises
*partials till failure after last set.
"Century" - 100 standing calf raises bodyweight only.
calves should be too numb to burn by the end.

I'll hit em again once more in the week with something simple like 4 x 12-15 on the standing calf machine. good luck and beat the shit outta em!!!!!!
