Iv'e been with this bored for a while now (uasually monitoring just for training advice but im ready 2 move on). I'm not satisfied with the gains im making and I'd like 2 increase my size with the help of our good friend: ThE JuIcE See, I have several friends who have done cycles, but nothing serious and theyre all relative newbies with no clue. I'd like 2 began a cycle to gain Mass/Size, here is my info <<PlEAsE HeLp, ThAnKs>>

DEDICATED AND COMMITED IF THAT HELPS
Skinny arms... huge legs, Pretty decent stomach.. a lil fat but only because physique is scronny... Big shoulders... (Wide) Frame is kind of slender

Calories are pretty low in my opinion. It takes 3500kcal to gain 1 pound. 2300, minus all the kcal that you burn everyday probably leaves you at around 100-200kcal a day in excess. If you eat this consistantly, it could take you a whole month just to gain 1 pound! ouch... Eat as much chicken breasts, fish (ie salmon, tuna), and other sources of high protien. Try to get your diet up to 4,500kcal (at least) per day. It sounds harder than it is... you just have to get used to always having a full stomach. Mustang made a good point about protien, i eat about 1-1.5g per day, it would be increased while using AS. Meal replacements help a lot, protien shakes also work wonders. You could get on some creatine to pack on a couple of extra pounds. You training which nobody has mentioned yet should be very intense.

I go 6 days per week and hit 1 major muscle group per day. This is especailly important if you use AS, because there is no need to waste time on Off Days. Good luck, and wait to use the gear until your diet and training is right.

Mustangs cycle is exactly what I was going to recommend..only adjustment I'd make is to
start the EQ at week 1 and end it at week 10.
Enjoy..that is a great first cycle.
