fina..350mg/week. for 5 weeks
halo..20mg/day for the last 3.5 weeks.
t3....start at 25mcg/day then go up by 25mcg
......evry 3 days up to about 150mcg per day
......then taper back down.

some can tolerate more t3 than others. you shouldnt really need more than 100mg-150mcg per day.

cut back on carbs increase protein and do cardio 4-5 times per week.
if you dont or cant use halotestin then use test propionate at 200-300mg per week.
