To those that have tried ephedrine on its own how does it compare to the eca stack. Ive used them both and to be honest i havent noticed much of a difference with resoct to the shakes dry mouth etc.     | ||

From what I've read on Meso-rx's article, ephedrine on its own is almost insignificant in fat loss. Go to Walmart and grab a generic label caffeine pills. They are $4 for 40 tablets (200mg each). And then grab a generic baby aspirin with it. | ||

I take ephedrine seperately and add aspirin and caffine to it and make my own ECA stack. Most of the ECA stacks sold in nutrition stores use ephedra which is the herbal form of ephedrine and I don't think it works as well. Buy straight, pure ephedrine and add the rest yourself. | ||

Go to K-mart they have JET ALERT 200mg 90tabs for 2.99 or the 100mg ones 120tabs for the same price I always buy one of each I like the way 300 mg of caffine feels better with my homemade ECA stack. | ||

There is a reason that people use ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin together. You see, when you combine the three in the amounts that you do, normally 20mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine and 200mg aspirin, a synergestic effect takes place. They actually work together, and sort of increase the potency of each, so to say. For example, without adding the aspirin and caffeine, you would need to take somewhere in the neighborhood of 50-75 mg of ehpedrine to get the same effects when using the three together. It is very important to combine the three. | ||

After finding "your ideal" ECA Stack and mixture, try taking each dose throughout the day with pure Grapefruit Juice. (not GRAPE juice but GRAPEFRUIT juice) The grapefruit contains Naranginen (spellcheck on that) which aids in extending the half-life of the ECA stack. In other words, the effectiveness is increased. NOTE: Go with the ECA stack for the first two weeks, then when your body starts to resist the effects, add the grapefruit juice. | ||

I used some Grapefruit stuff years ago to drop weight. It worked. I think that might help out. Interesting idea. | ||

OK, so were do u guys get your ephadrine? not ephedra. Ive looked everywhere i can think of and only find ephedra. I assumed they were the same thing but I guess they are not. | ||

Maybe its the state you live in. Try checking out some truck stops or convenient stores. I've always found that they sell the ephedrine behind the counter. -Just a thought. I've never had a problem. | ||

I buy mine at gas stations and truckstops. They are behind the counter but usually in view. I guess people used to steal them too much. Anyways they are called Two-Way Max Brand. They contain 25 mg Ephedrine Hydrochloride and 200 mg Guaifenesine (a bronchodilator) and are distributed byCompare Generiks Inc. If you can't find them at a gas station, maybe you could search the net to see if the company who distributes them has a web site you could order from. Oh, there is also a brand called Mini-Thins. | ||

Ephedrine is piss easy to find here in the UK.I buy a 1000 tabs a time. Having tried a very,very strong version of eca in the past (2/3 caps),i find i have to take 10 to 12 ephedrine tabs to get the same "buzz". Out of the two,i will probably stick to an eca in future.I just can't be arsed to buy the caffeine tabs seperately and take them with the pure ephedrine. | ||

Look for the little brown boxes of Primatene tablets found in the cold and sinus section of just about any drug store. Each tablet has 12.5 mg of ephedrine them. | ||

anybody that needs pure ephidrine, they sell it at the gas stations around my house, they call them mini-thins, its 20 ephidrine and then it has some other ingredient to help breathing, its sold as asthma med. | ||

Two places that sell ephedrine online: http://www.thermalplus.com http://www.heavyweights.net By the way, the E & C definitely have a synergistic effect but from what I've read and from experience, dropping the aspirin has no impact. So get rid of the aspirin and save your stomach lining. | ||
