I'm not sure the best way to divide this up. I have 20 Deca 200mg and 20 Sustanon 250mg also 75 Clomid 10mg.     | ||

Ok, first off you should have researched this topic first. You would have found alot of info on this topic that would have helped. I'm not being a jerk its just that people go hey wire over very common posts, just try to research it first before you ask! I would use the Sust at 500mg and the Deca at 400mg for ten weeks. This should give you great gains for your first cycle. I did a Sust/Deca/D-bol cycle my first time and I gained 39lbs and I kept most of it. Well good luck. Any other Questions just drop me a line.
