I,m 22yrs, 6'3, 194 @ 9% bf I have been lifting 3 yrs never used AS but have been considering it.I've reasearched it for about a year and was looking at a cycle of 500mg sust. 250 and 400mg deca. 50mg clomid eod for ten weeks. then clomid 50mg ed for weeks 11&12. I want to keep it as simple and safe as possible.If you guys have any other cycles you would think would be a safer more effective alternitive or any other input let me know. thanks for the help.     | ||

the deca & sust sounds good, it's a good and simple cycle.Primo & sust would work also but you'll gain alot more with deca.go for it. | ||

The gear looks good, but dont take clomid throughout the cycle. It doesnt keep natural test levels up. I will bump up a post by Stew Meat about clomid and why not to take the way you want to. You will also build up a tolenance to it and it wont work a well. The basic clomid dose is 300mg taken 3 weeks after last shot on day 1. Then take 100mg for the next 6 days, then 14 days of 50mg. Taking right after your last shot is pointless. Clomid wont help yout hpta while you have a synthetic androgen in your system, IE: sus or deca. Thanks for the info. I read stew meat's post on clomid it makes sense but I have heard also heard to take it other ways I'm confused any of you guys tried it either way let me Know what works best.Also I was wondering what to do to prevent gyno.Any info helps thanks. | ||

TO PREVENT GYNO YOU COULD TAKE 1/4 TAB OF ARIMIDEX EVERY OTHER DAY FOR THE WHOLE CYCLE OR IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD THAT YOU COULD JUST HAVE NOLVADEX ON HAND IN CASE YOU START TO FEEL GYNO(PUFFY, ITCHY, SORE NIPS) THEN TAKE 40MG/ED UNTIL IT STOPS THEN 10-20MG/ED FOR THE REST OF YOUR CYCLE. ARIMIDEX AND NOLVA DO NOT WORK ON PROGESTERONE INDUCED GYNO(FROM THE DECA) AT 400MG/WEEK IT SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM BUT THE ONLY THING THAT WILL STOP PROGESTERONE GYNO IS WINSROL OR RU-486. As long as the level of exogenous androgen is high enough, no reasonable amount of Clomid is going to prevent shut down of your natural test production. If you wish to use clomid throughout then so be it but dont expect it to be to keep test production up. It will act as a weak anti estrogen.
