I was going to start T3 in a few days, but all this talk about muscle loss and shit is pushing me away from it. I was thinking about using 50mcg/day max to minimize muscle tissue loss. Have most of you been successful at maintaining muscle at this low dose?

Are you using any gear?? I would not use it unless you are "on". If you are are 25% bf or above, the use could be justified without gear.

Yeah, im on fina/winny/t-50.

actually, by the time i hit the T3, ill be on winny/fina only.

is 50mcg/day going to cause any muscle loss, or should i stick with 25mcg/day? Im also stacking it with clen.

Fina and winny should allow you to keep lbm while using t3. 50mcg is the max I would use, unless you are going to use the pyramid cycle.

From what ive heard, I dont think going above 75mcg a day would be a good thing. Im already naturally lean, have great definition in my upper "4" abs, just wanna get the bottom 2 to pop out more.
