I was playing basketball yesterday, and this though came upon me. Has anyone tried to train for your vertical specifically while on? That would be be sick if I could get up that high. I can only grab the rim now. I'm too short (6'0) and too white.

I'm 5"9 spanish and I can dunk. Try winstrol+
jumpsoles. Those things KICK ASS!!
Increased vertical leap 10" in 6 weeks.
Not to mention 40-yard time went down from
4.75s to 4.45s.

Godspeed

Eh Fonz, what kind of training program do you do with those? How many times a week and how long?

I do it every day. 1 hour. In the morning instead
of cardio. Don't do it after weights, as you'll be
too tired. I was skeptical at first but damn, do they
ever work.
Its a series of controlled jumping excercises
and some running ones. You WILL feel you calves
BURN big-time after you try it.
The Jumpsoles increased my calves more than
weights ever did. Calves are a very hard muscle
to isolate.
Also of note: work-out your glutes. 40% of the
vertical leap power comes from them(no joke),
by doing lunges.

Godspeed

The jump soles are no joke. A relative of mine is a HS basketball coach, and they use the jump soles frequently. People are always asking where they get those white kids that jump so well. Also, I worked for a minor league baseball team, and saw several players running sprints with them.

I used strength shoes through out high school and college to and they worked wonder for me. I also used the Run-N-Chute and that helped increase my speed alot. You have to give them both a try they really do work.
