I usually buy, myoplex and i know its expensive, but the only reason i do is because they dont exaggerate the nutritional content they claim unlike optimum nutrition. Its starting to hurt my wallet, id like to know whats a good legitimate meal replacement shake that doesnt lie. Not small protein drinks like designer protein but meal replacements shakes.

The only way you will know exactly what is in a shake is to make it yourself.Milk, bananas, eggs, whey, peanutbutter, brewers yeast, etc. It's not as convenient but at least you know your drinking something good.

Can this be backed up with a new/magazine article or did you hear this word-of-mouth? I'm very curious to hear more on this.

i doubt optimum lies anymore than eas does on their nutrition label of their mrp's. Many people think that optimum's protein is lying on the nutrition label too,but i have talked to people who have tested it and it is nearly perfect. In my opinion the belief that optimum products are inferior and do not meet label claims is what other companies want you to believe and have used various marketing methods to put it in your head. In fact i have read on some website that a phosgain 2 was tested and came out having 50% more carbs per serving than the label said,i dont know how accurate this was ,probably no less accuarate than the people claiming optimum products have some fault.
