I believe baldness is on a sex-linked gene. This means that it will come from your mothers side (fathers can't pass any to their sons.) So chances are, if your mothers brothers are bald, or your mothers father... you are prone to becoming bald. I, fortunately, don't have this problem but it seems nizoral works good, and if off a cycle, proscar and propecia work well. | ||

May have been the Sust plus you said baldness does run on your moms side right? Her dad is bald, how about her brothers if she has any? There was a good post on here a few days ago about being bald or big and there were alot of different opinions on what your going through. Try doing a search to read it but theres things like nizoral shampoo and prescription medication that guys have used. Not sure if they worked but you are pretty young. Are you currently taking any juice now? ------------------ | ||

Steroids (especially test-sust) are known to speed up hairloss in some guys who are going to be bald anyway. In other words instead of it happening when you woulda been 30 its happening now - I'm no expert but I would suggest getting off the juice. There have been reports of guys thinning while on a cycle but then it grows back once they stop but you may wanna look into propecia and that nizoral shampoo. I wouldn't wear gel for awhile too, I've heard that shit does clog pores but doubt thats your problem. Maybe seeing a dermatologist wouldn't be a bad idea either - propecia is a prescription drug and they would be the ones to prescribe it if needed. Take it easy man, its not the end of the world - you do have some options here. I was thinning before I ever started a cycle but I'm 28 so theres not much I can do about it beside shave it off, but your only 20 so your probably ok. ------------------ | ||

Well I'm not an expert on how genes are passed along, but I don't believe that a predisposition for balding is carried only by the mother's side of the family. My dad has had a receding hairline since he was 18, and has a bald spot on top. My mother's dad and brothers all have a full head of hair. I have a receding hairline but no real thinning on top. I'm 32. My brother is 28 and his hairline is more receded than mine and he has a bald spot on top. Go figure. My receding hairline isn't that bad yet, but I don't like it. I've thought about getting a transplant from Bosley or another firm. Has anyone done this? If so, please tell me about it in excruciating detail. haha. | ||

who gives a shit if you lose a bit of hair.If you wanna take juice then live with the side effects. I have a bit of a receeding hair line but who cares when your huge. Go get hair plugs. |
