I wasn't implying that you had a shitty diet. What I was referring to is how many newbies take things like proper diet & sleep for granted. These two are some of the most important parts of a cycle. Are you on any gear?? A cutting diet without gear is tough on the muscles. Without enough cals from carbs and protien, catabolism will happen. I HATE CUTING!! I GET REALLY WEAK AND I HATE IT. I HAVE NEVER CUT BEFORE WHILE ON GEAR AND I AM GOING TO DO MY FIRST CUT CYCLE THIS JUNE, CAN'T WAIT. welcome to the club... I was on DNP at 1g last week and 1cc susp, 750mg enanthae. 400mg, and 3 abombs and strength dropped... I could barely hit 275 4 times, and i am used to 10 or 12 ![]() | ||

It is normal. I go down about 20lbs on my bench when I am on a low carb, low cal diet. Remember if your body does not have Glycogen stores it can not produce Glucose for energy. DSPO ------------------ ![]() | ||

I have the same problem when I cut my calories too fast. Try restricting them gradually. RT ![]() |
