BRIDGING-Using a compound (like primobolan) in between "mass" cycles to keep gains from previous cycle(s). It is important to use a compound that will not interfere with your bodies ability to start producing the hormones that were suppressed during your "mass" cycle. Hope this helps.

I might add that I have never done bridging in between my cycles, so as far as the specifics you will have to ask one of the smart guys.

I think that Butler pretty much spelled it out for you. Stay away from androgens while bridging to give your body time to recuperate. If you are interested in effective bridging techniques, I will send you a copy of my 34 week cycle. Just drop me an email.

I hate to tell you this, but bridging is just a euphemism for staying on ALL the time! Bridging is a periodization of AS use. Essentially, periods of high androgen use with periods of low androgen use. A proper "bridge" consists of low doses of a compound in order to restore your HPTA axis or hormaonal balance, while maintainig your gains. I personally feel that bridging is counterproductive. This is due to the fact that normal hormal fuction will cease to exist if exogenous hormones are continually introduced to the organism. Because your body's endocrine system works on a feedback loop, any changes to it's delicate balance will result in an impedment of normal hormal fucntion. Hope this helps a bit...

What else could be used for bridging, I don't want to use primo because my next cycle would be a contest cycle with primo in it. What is a good drug to bridge with in this situation.

PRIMO AND ANAVAR ARE THE ONLY 2 TYPES OF AS YOU CAN BRIDGE WITH WHILE GETING YOUR NATURAL TEST FLOWING AGAIN. ANAVAR WOULD BE A GREAT CHOICE TO BRIDGE WITH.

One interesting note: When bridging,
people talk a lot about nut recovery,
but don't talk as much about liver
recovery. Anavar is an oral, and, while
not being known for sides, I assume it is
relatively toxic to the liver.

Anavar is not toxic to the live although it is 17aa. Anavar has been used in dossages of 20mg/day to actually increase liver function. Anavar has also been administered at 80mg per week for months and there were no reports of any liver hepatoxicity in a controlled study. The only argument in favor of anavar casing liver damage was made by a gentlemen at the Geneova convention in the mid 80's. What he "said" was not published and the speech that he gave was probably part of an alterier motive.

Trust me on this. I have researched this out the ass.

I will give you some actual research to prove this if you want (there have been numerous studies).
