Have you tried the search? No flame here, just asking. There might be some info in the archives about this topic. Nonetheless, I'll at least give ya a bump.

I'm diabetic and also am on test therapy.

Basically it is a bitch to build muscle. Be prepared for dissapointment. Patience pays off.

Always do cardio. Your bf will drop a little bit.

I like the test as it also increases my sex drive (something diabetes takes away). makes me feel 18 again.

Good luck fighting this horrible disease.

Wow CM, nothing like painting a horrible picture. Diabetes is only "horrible" for the people who don't control their blood sugars. How can you say its hard for diabetics to build muscle? What do you think the insulin does if used with the proper diet? Why would all these non-diabetics fuck with insulin if it didn't have powerful muscle building properties? I think you need to take a serious look at your state of mind. Negativity will get you nowhere!

As a fellow diabetic I can say yes, it is a bit harder to get quality gains....BUT, it can be done...with, or without gear...

Depending on the cycle of choice...the estrogenic sides should be kept to a low degree...i.e. Increased water retention, as this places undue stress on the already taxed kidneys....Lasix, or adding Nolvadex and clomid to the cycle helps....

Cardio and low carbs to drop fat ( I'm sure carb watching is already done ) it is still an uphill battle due to the Insulin spikes, or lack of.....Go easy, and have patience....BUT, it will come!!!!

Demon:

no matter what you say, I have found it to be a horrible disease to fight.

It affects everyone differently and therein lies the negativity. You can have the same diet, excersise the same, take the same medications and one day your sugar will be 70mg and the next 300. Same routine, different results. That is what makes it very difficult for diabetics like myself to control their sugar level. It affects everyone differently and you cannot control it 100% every day. No matter what you do....

Insulin DOES not build muscle by itself, rather it carries the essential building blocks from the blood stream into the muscle to help it recover and repair from the lifting and make it bigger.

Diabetes IS a horrible disease, no doubt about it.

15 years diabetic here. on my 2nd cycle.

test doesn't make my blood sugars fluctuate, but i threw in fina and winstrol this cycle.

within a week of starting winny 50mg ED, my blood sugar was OUT OF CONTROL. it took a week for it to return to normal levels after stopping. i was taking 3-4 times the amount of insulin i usually take and my BG was still high.

theory: if i wasn't diabetic, my pancreas would be pumping out way more insulin, thereby increasing my gains.

i am saving the winny and going to try it out in a couple months by itself to see if it gives me the same problems.
